Choosing harmony regardless of another’s behavior

 Why Triggers Matter

Triggers often stem from past experiences that brought fear, anger, or pain. This is valuable information. It means you now have the opportunity to transform beliefs, habits, or traits that no longer serve you—and create a new future.

This understanding was a game changer for me. I learned to let go of expectation (which is a major relief!) and instead focus on:

  • How I can love and care for myself
  • What changes I need to make
  • What actions I need to take

How to cultivate harmony in my heart—no matter the situation

You have the power to change situations

When you use your Higher Mind and Spiritual Support as a resource, you can:

  • Transform limiting beliefs
  • Practice healthy boundaries
  • Prioritise self-love and self-care
  • Cultivate harmony in your heart

This is true power.

An Invocation for Courage

Whenever I know I’ll be facing a situation that requires courage, I use this invocation. I channeled it during a meditation before a work meeting where I needed to speak my truth.
I repeated it in my mind—and it worked. I was so proud of myself.

Invocation:

Please help me find the right words, the most perfect timing, and the courage to speak.
(You can also add: “Take the highest action.”)

Transforming Beliefs

Beliefs are simply thoughts we keep thinking. Triggers reveal which beliefs are ready to be transformed.

Use your triggers to ask your Soul meaningful questions and receive empowering answers.
Here are some examples:

  • I’m feeling fear/anger/shame because of beliefs like ____. How can I transform these feelings? What words would support me instead?
  • What easy steps can I take to feel harmony in my heart and find my still point next time I’m triggered?
  • How can I respond from a higher perspective? What words do I say? What actions do I take?
  • What self-care and self-love practices will support me today?
  • What is my next most important step in loving and caring for myself?

Let’s Briefly Consider the Other Person…

You can’t change another person—but you can change how you respond. This is where your Soul becomes your guide.

When you invite your Soul to help, you begin to see from a higher perspective. Ask questions like:

  • How am I contributing to this turbulence?
  • How can I change?
  • How can I be better?
  • What can I do better?

I ask these questions daily—often while drinking water. They help me stay grounded and open to growth.

Affirmation (if this feels good for you to say)

I intend the outcome to unfold for the highest good of everyone involved. 

Listen to Your Body Wisdom

Now I invite you to begin your own journey, guided by your body’s wisdom and the quiet voice of your Soul. 

If you feel anger, fear, or judgment, notice the thoughts behind them. These thoughts may be holding you back.

Every inspirational leader began by listening to their intuition. You can activate this within you—it’s easy and life-changing.

The Open to Your Heart Power Masterclass will help you transform those thoughts and move forward with what you love.
